Hounslow Cabinet approved the Feltham Masterplan 2026 on 16 December 2025 as part of the Future Feltham Investment Framework. The London Fire Brigade does not send crews to automatic fire alarms at most workplaces between 7am and 8.30pm unless a fire is confirmed by a 999 call. Its exempt list, however, includes hotels, prisons and young offenders' institutions, and grade I and grade II listed buildings.

That matters locally: hotels in Hatton, and the listed buildings around Bedfont Green, keep an automatic attendance, while a neighbouring warehouse does not.

We counted police.uk street-level crimes inside five Metropolitan Police neighbourhood boundaries for August 2025 to July 2026; the totals are approximate. Feltham West recorded about 2,100 crimes, including roughly 276 shoplifting offences and 135 criminal damage or arson offences. Bedfont recorded about 1,678, with around 92 vehicle crimes and 80 burglaries. Feltham North, which takes in Central Way, recorded about 1,406, with roughly 72 burglaries. Yes. The council's appraisal for Feltham Green and Town Centre identifies poor quality signage, shopfronts and illumination as issues for the area, so bulky cameras and floodlights on the frontage are best avoided. We use compact domes, position them under fascias or inside the shopfront where possible, and advise checking with the council's planning team before fixing anything to a listed building.
