Hillingdon designated the West Drayton Green conservation area on 10 November 1969, and the council's data lists no conservation area for Yiewsley or Stockley. The Green area contains many Grade II listed homes and commercial buildings. The town's older landmarks also include St Martin's Church and the surviving gatehouse of the former manor house.

Stockley Park became the first business park recognised by Historic England for its landscape when it was registered on 27 August 2020. The registration covers the design and layout of the park rather than its buildings.
